2020 in Review

March 29, 2021

On the one year anniversary of COVID-19, which brought us fear; grief; loneliness; and many other challenges, there are still many things to be grateful for in our personal and professional lives. Our team at Silverado North Houston is one of those things for which we are especially grateful.

We want to thank our dedicated and compassionate North Houston Team of Nurses, Social Workers, Hospice Aides, Spiritual Care Counselors, Hospice Liaisons and Administrative Staff for continuing to serve our patients and families throughout this pandemic. They have been fearless, compassionate professionals in the face of very trying and frightening times.

We know that no matter what we are going through, our families and patients are going through much more, and being here for them is what we are all about.

Because of the pandemic, we have missed getting together on those special dates set aside to recognize each discipline. We take this opportunity to recognize them all, and hope that soon we will be able to celebrate Nurses Week, Social Workers’ Month, Spiritual Care Week, Nurses Aides’ week, and all of these special dates together as a Team.

With Gratitude,
North Houston Leadership Team
